Everytime we go into this place, they get My order wrong! I'm always missing something. Now it's my fault for not checking the... bag before I left, but again they forgot my mashed potatoes and gravy!! I walk and I'm back hoke and I don't wanna have to goback for my mashed potatoes and gravy .. again! Everytime I ordered it I have to go back or send my kids back to get it . Food tastes fine, honestly no complaints. However, sides were half filled at most, and the service was slow. But the reason for... the 1 star is this place is FILTHY inside. Every corner of the store, every place the wall and the floor touch is black andgoopy. The floor and cabinet area around the fountain machine is particularly gross. Not something you want in the back of yourmind while eating. Glancing into the back food prep area doesn't look much better. I won't be back purely because of how grossedout I was. Read more

Very poor service. It was so busy, and only 3 people working the entire store. It was so slow that people left bc of the... wait time. They had no ice that day and the drinks were room temperature. They've been out of honey, ketchup and honey mustardfor weeks on end. You don't get any money back for this yet if you should need 2 sauce, you have to pay close to 50 centsfor it. Students from the high-school were not told to control their noise level, or asked to leave even when one of thestudents started to take off their clothes on a bet from another student. We are big fans of Popeye's. We prefer it over any of the competitors. However tonight we ordered a 14 piece meal and I got home... to discover that we had our 7 pieces of spicy Chicken, but only 4 pieces of the mild. Unfortunately it wasn't worth it to driveback to the store to resolve it. So while Popeye's taste is amazing, I would highly recommend that you verify your order beforeleaving the store. Additionally, the store was out of packets of their Louisiana hot sauce! Read more

Ordered 9 pieces of chicken with 2 large sides. Came home and noticed both sides were only 60% filled. Tried calling the store... but no one picked up the phone. This is not acceptable as we paid for full size Large sides. Read more
