Went to try their new location but while we get in we are shocked it doesn't look like restaurant its all messy i feel like i am... at on street of Delhi. We were waiting since 40 mint for our food and nobody cares as well they don't care about hygiene asthere employee was eating their snack and dinner right on front counter where all other takeout and order are kept. Today I dine-in with my friends to celebrate one of my friends birthday. when we arrive there the tables was not cleaned, then... we have to wait to be seated till the tables are cleaned. One of the server gave us the menu card and went somewhere else, afterhalf an hour we call them to give our order. Then we need to wait another hour for our food. After all the fried rice was saltyand the chilly chicken which we ordered are not good. Overall, poor customer service, lack of staffs, and poor quality. It was abad experience. Read more

I have been a frequent visitor of this place even though I don?t live in London. Today, I had the worst experience ever. These... new owners are the cheapest I guess.The quantity of biryani was so less which was worth $12.99. I have had the same biryanibefore and 3 people couldn?t finish that. Also, the taste of the non-veg thali has gone so down. I am never coming back. I didtell one of the waitress about the same she didn?t do anything.The salad in the non-veg thali was just onion, lol. I mean I knowthese people have to make money from the business but atleast don?t rip the pockets of your clients coz they won?t come backwith such a bad experience . Read more
