I usually come and visit the store to get mango diamond slush and strawberry banana smoothie but today we had a terrible... service!! We were the only customer in store when ordered and still waited for 15-20 minutes and thn someone next to us camethey got their order before us and after waiting still got the wrong order but the staff didn?t even bothered to make it withina same time and still the employees kept talking with each other and wasn?t even looking at us if the customer is getting upset!Thankyou for today?s service! We just purchased three bottle of Durian drink , one employee drink the left amount in the blander, after she tried the drink,... she was like ?ew? then give us the drinks and smile to us and said ?enjoy it?. The employee is not professional at all, notonly because she drink the left over in front of customers, but also judge the drink flavor that the customer made. Definitely more expensive than other bubble tea places, but I like how big their large size is. It's also nice that they use... real fruits in SOME of their drinks, but definitely check before you order. Many of their drinks do not use real fruit, even ifthe drink has a fruit in the name. Real fruit bubble tea, is one of my favourite places to go and get a quick drink.. buy I wouldn?t consider going if you would... want ?bubble tea?. They have a small selections of milk teas and do not have the best boba! But if you want a smoothie I wouldfor sure go! Their smoothies are very good! Read more

Love this bubble tea location! Real Fruit Bubble Tea is one of the few authentic bubble tea houses around and I love that they... use real fresh mangos. Good drinks I would recommend that I have tried are the taro milk tea with tapioca pearls, black honeygreen tea with pearls, milk tea with pearls and the diamond Mango slush with pearls. I just much prefer the black pearls overthe in-house pearls since the black pearls are sweeter and don't clump together like the white in-house pearls which is why Idropped a star. Read more

My friend and I ordered two drinks, my friend got hers after 5 minutes, I waited mine for 15minutes and asked one of staff, she... was extremely rude, answered me ?it is coming? without take a look of my number. My number is 209, and 221 came out, I stilldidn?t get mine, and what we ordered were pretty much the same, mango pineapple slush. Another 5minutes, I asked another staff,she found out my drink was left there and nobody was making it. I got my drink after 20 minutes, with raw, hard chewed tapioca.No one apologize for my wasting time, I understand you are busy, at least be friendly to your customers. Read more

Tried fresh mango with mango chunks..was amazing, thou had hard time finishing Large portion. Nice little place inside the mall.... Customer service was good, didn?t take a lot of time to prepare. Would definitely go back to try some other flavors. Pocketfriendly :) Read more
