Michele Lenhardt, Pastry Chef, is the most inspiring and positive person I know! I am grateful I had the pleasure to work with... her for a few years. Those doughnuts were worth the cold weather walk. ???????? Luckily I got the last 2. I liked the root beer one more than the... chocolate, and that's saying something. The she's was actually less overwhelming. Really good. Read more
Went there a few days ago, my boyfriend was ordering and the two women who were working there gave excellent customer service,... we were going to dine in but I got a call for an interview and end up having to go, they were quick to switch out the coffeefrom a mug and wished me good luck. I gotta say the vegan doughnut was phenomenal! The texture of it was so bouncy and chewy,the raspberry frostening was soooooo yummy. Overall it was a quick but fantastic experience. Read more
They make great steamers and their pastry is light and flaky.... It's a great place to sit and read and wonder around the art... gallery when one needs a break ...there's no other place like this in London, Ontario Read more
Wanted to love it. My partner and I went twice because it looked nice and we were downtown for the night. Unfortunately the food... was subpar and the staff is unkind. I will say it's a nice establishment, and I hope it gets better but for now it is not worthanother visit. Read more
I have been here a few times because it is very close to my work and they advertise vegan options. Food is edible but not that... good - sausage rolls were very dry, their calzones are very bready and barely have any sauce inside. Staff is pretty carelessand very slow. I ordered a slice of cake when I bought my meal and the staff member forgot about it and sold the entire cake (asin, in a cake box) to another customer. Then, when I reminded him he asked the customer if he could cut a slice out of it forme... I stopped him and asked for something else instead. I have noticed oversights like this many times, even when there areonly one or two other customers in the space. Given all of this and their recent social media attack on a customer/customer baseI would not go again, and will advise my friends to avoid it as well. Read more
Amazing place, food is outstanding and the staff is kind and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend. You can tell staff care about... the food they cook and the people they serve because they always try to ensure you are taken care of. Read more
