Absolutely disgusting. They don't change the grease ever. Everything fried to a crisp . Place should be shut down
I had a wonderful surprise with my order and wasn't expecting it at all! I'm days away with having my baby, I'm so sore and... didn't want to cook, so I placed a order for 1lb of medium wings because my doctor told me I could try to have spicy food tohelp induce the labour. Anyways, I had my boyfriend pick the food up for me and he came home with it and I instantly thoughtthat this wasn't my order because there was a lot of food and containers, as I untie the bag and grab the food out I notice somewriting on the container saying "have a safe delivery ??????" she gave me a whole extra pound of wings for free and a bunch ofdifferent hot sauces. I called the store back and she answered and I told her how thankful and happy I am, it was a wonderfulgesture. With everything I've been going through this has definitely made my day. Ordered 2 lbs of wings, waited over an hour then called to see where my order was, he then told me it'd be here in just a few... minutes. I then waited another 15 minutes to receiving no wings, so I called back and now he's telling me he didn't receive anorder. I tell him that I got an email confirming my online order for this store as well as an order number and everything. Getit together. Not only do you just guess that my order is coming to me without doing any type of work or asking any information,your store looks absolutely stupid. Read more
Stop by here to get some poutine for someone who is hungry and drop it off to them. This place is like a hole in the wall. I was... not impressed. It's not somewhere I would eat. Not whatsoever. At least the stuff was very nice to me. Otherwise I wouldn't gothere if my life depend on there. But when I get a phone call say I'm hungry. Can you please pick it up for me? Well I did. Idon't know if they have delivery service or not or even if it would cost a lot. I happen to be out with a friend so we picked itup for them and dropped it off. But how can they eat out of this place? I don't know that's up to them unless you like to eattheir food. Called tonight to order two pounds of medium wings because I figured it would be cheaper than ordering through skip the dishes.... Spoke to an East Indian gentleman that told me it would cost $53 including delivery, I accepted, I then felt it was wrongbecause I order from this location frequently and have not paid anything close to that. I checked skip the dishes, and the same2lbs order came to $39, tip included? as I called the location back to confirm my order was correct and we did not get itmistaken, he confirmed the order correctly and said delivery is $3.99 I told him to cancel the order because it?s on skip thedishes for cheaper. He acted dumbfounded when I told him the price online and quickly hung up. I checked their ring a wingwebsite and it?s listed on their menu, 2lbs for $27.95?.. He CLEARLY tried to rip us off by making a quick $10 for himself?..UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE. This needs to be addressed by management. Read more
So this is interesting. This place was recommended to me for their wings. First of all they had good customer service. They... offer 3lb of wings ,2 flavors, but they let us pick 3, which was nice. This is contributing to a high star count. Like I havesaid in my previous reviews of other wing Establishments, I like breaded wings. The wings here at ring a wing are not breaded,unfortunately the wings we got were over cooked and burnt. (Yes we dined in) the sauces were spotty. Some of mine where clearlytossed and some were drizzled on, making the dry wings, dryer. They did mess up on one of our sauces and they did remake it forus, which was such an A+. Their mozza sticks and pickle spears were both decent portions, but were kind of soggy. Overall not abad experience, just not my favorite wing style, and they were dry with spotty sauce. Read more
I wish you could have NO stars. This location has gone down hill since the change of management or ownership. The customer... service is awful. No masks are worn by the kitchen staff. The location is not clean. The wings are either under cooked or burnt.The amount of sauce is one extreme or the other. All the flavors seem to be the same. I'm not sure when mild became a fire hot.???? Not even able to eat at that temperature. They don't listen when you place your order. Even when you go over it 2 times.Then when you pick it up, you double check verbally and they reassure you it's correct. Only to get home and it has manymistakes. I WILL NO LONGER USE THIS LOCATION.
