I always take shelbys through Drive thru, As I was getting late for my shift today, I ordered for a Rice plate with Beef. I feel... like the quantity was not full as usual the sauces were less added and even the Beef was in less quantity. I was verydisappointed for this time. Ordered one of their signature dishes, the ?Shawarma Biryani? with Mixed Meat option. This review will be broken up into four... categories: Meats / Rice / Veggies / Sauces (1) Meats: As was the case for Tahini?s, most of these bowl places are lacking in avery important metric, the ProteinToPrice ratio. For a bowl, the quantity provided was likely less than one would find in awrap. The flavour of the meat was average. (2) Rice: Very flavourful, extremely long basmati grains, fluffy and wellcooked (3) Veggies: The onions and pine nuts were fresh and tasted delicious. (4) Sauces: A very good chutney was drizzled atthe side, would much rather drizzle it all over. My order was to include hot sauce, but felt no spice whatsoever. If I can rate this restaurant with more than 5 stars I?m happy to do that. Another new shawarma shop in London. Every thing is... just above the standards Good quality food and great customer service with welcoming smile. I moved to Canada from Middle Eastand Shelbys Shawarma is as close as it gets to the true shawarma served over there.... Prices are bit higher, but ok of thequantity and taste. The new item Shawarma Biryani is really yummy. Drive Thru is available in this location and amble parkinglots in side the small plaza. I recommend this place. Keep up the good works guys. Read more
