I really enjoy their panzerottis. Delicious. I didn't like their Pizza so much, but I will always order their panzerottis. ... Fast delivery, Great Taste and really friendly staff. After every order I always wish I ordered more. Delicious!!! On a sidenote, I don't know how the local restaurants put up with negative people. If you have a problem with your order, call therestaurant directly and be nice about it. With the staffing shortages, COVID and rising food costs it is very difficult foranyone to operate a service oriented business. It is really, really hard. Our family has noticed a big decline in the London location this year, the last order we just placed was on Wed. October 19th,... 2022, we placed our usual 3 large Puffio's (2 lg deluxe and one vegetarian) with extra meat sauce. I sent my wife to pick up ourorder and they forgot to make the vegetarian so she waited awhile and then paid, when she got home I opened up the boxes to findno extra sauce and they were all small size but what I hated the most is that we received chicken instead of the actual deluxepizza style, I was not impressed since I called this order in and actually talked to a young lady who confirmed everything backto me on the phone, obviously has no listening skills or just hates her job. we had a short family discussion and it was decidedthat we would not give them our business again, too many pizza/panzerotti options in the area to give our money to. We have loved your pizza for years but since May we have had many terrible experiences with delivery. Recently it was over 2... hours for delivery when we were told it would be one hour. Today, we ordered and after 1.75 hours, called and they had forgottento put our order in and had no record of it. Your pizza is delicious but your delivery service is terrible. I know everyone isdoing the best they can right now, but please consider stepping up your delivery! Read more

Second time ordering from here and yep, loved it just as much as the first time. Ok, so the nachos, not so much. Not bad, just... maybe not a good delivery item. But the pizza... fantastic! The toppings all taste fresh and the pizza as pizza should. VERYgood. Last time we ordered a Puffio - they're just awesome. Not all liquidy inside like some other places. Really tasty. Theone thing that will keep me coming back again and again is the wings. They're perfect. Very upfront about the cost breakdownonline (each pizza topping & delivery charge) so nothing's hidden and you really can control how much you're spending. We used to order all the time because the wings were the best. We decided to get Nachos and wings last night and they were... pretty awful. Not sure what happened. Couldn't even use real cheese on the nachos, just slopped some 7/11 liquid cheese on top.Wouldn't recommend the nachos at all. Wings are usually good and will maybe give it another try in the future. First go with Sissio's tonight. Here's what's interesting about the Puffio: -pepperoni cut into strips -slices cut rather... skinny (I like a fat slice so I may make a special request next time) -not at all a puffy/thick crust its actually on thethinner side. Price: -mid range about $45 out the door for 2 XL's, 4 dipping sauces and a little tip. Here are thepros: -great cook. Just a touch of colour on top. Exactly to my liking. -meaty! -Puffio is fun to say -not a puffy/thickcrust -you can order real or canned mushrooms (why would one order canned??) Cons: -none. It's delicious. Tried it for the first time I have had to throw out slices of pizzas because of moldy ingredients, and the delivery times are... way off what they estimate. I hope no one else gets sick from the soiled food. Read more
