First time trying this place. Did a takeout. Burger was cooked only on half. Other side was almost raw. Won't be back.
I'm from out of town but if your in London down the south end ( Masonville Mall) you have got to try South St. Burger! So many... options and selections you won't know where to start. Vegan options, food is real, nothing is fake or pressed meats. It's soogood I can't wait to go back and eat there again! Fast service bar and grill atmosphere, craft beer. Read more
Food was bland and not very hot. Cashier was challenging to understand and the bill was confusing, as she modified some items... and seemed to have overcharged us. When asked for an explanation of the bill, it was even more confusing. The staff werefriendly and helpfu overall, which is why the 3 star rating. Read more
This has been one of the tastiest burger joints i have eaten at. Love the variety of toppings, the fries are the bomb and the... beef is top quality in size and taste. The restaurant is very well maintained clean and spacious as you also get to see yourburger being built right before your eyes. Hands down better than McDonald's, BK or any other burger spot that i have eaten at. Read more

This location is consistently a let down compared to the location on Commissioners road. Visiting here is always a convenience... reason and not because I enjoy it. This North location in London?s quality has been deteriorating and today I had my finalvisit. A long dark hair was found in my not hot burger. When I ordered today the ordering had changed from last time (2 weeksago). I needed to order all my toppings while ordering my burger instead of watching them make it like usual. I was disappointedas now I need to tell them what I like instead of look at the array of toppings and choose from what looked fresh. I stoppedordering buns a while back because they are always stale. Today with hair imbedded as one of my toppings I am instantlydisgusted to not give it another chance. This location needs to evaluate their health standards and I will make sure to callthe city regarding an assessment. Read more
Turkey burger was cooked perfect. A lot of flavour and very tender. Chicken breast burger was nice and lean. A lot of options... when it comes to topping and condiments. Fries were crispy and lightly slated. Service was quick. Will be back again soon. Read more
Delicious burgers and fries! I like their food a lot. It?s not like regular junk food burgers, definitely notches on... top. Their patties are quite thick and juicy. Toppings are a good amount and flavourful. Fries are nice and crispy! They evenhave waffle fries now, which is a nice option in my opinion. Worth a try!
