This use to be a nice Starbucks that you could sit with friends and have a brew. NOW, after remodel it's a "GRAB N' GO". What... was Starbucks thinking??? This would work in a busy Metro setting, but NOT London Ontario. Another favourite location gone downthe gutter. Service is fricking slow, standing around, as no place to sit, for 20 minutes for two basic lattes. This locationsucks. Read more

Slow and oblivious, 3 people could not take a single persons order in an empty line without talking amongst themselves for... longer than it takes to make the drink. At least the drinks once made were standard. Read more
When I went inside I was the only one there and waited 20 minutes and my drink still wasn?t ready. About 5 people come in they... get there drinks before me and they leave and I?m still waiting for my drink. Also when I do Uber eats they always end upforgetting something and when I try refunding it, it didn?t work. Read more
Well they have one wide selection of drinks that appear to be really good but it?s pretty difficult to choose only one but... overall I usually have an amazing experience there. I like being greeted by the staff. As far as the baristas go, Emma and Arielwere the best. They are both really amazing and great and I hope to see them again soon. Read more
Great Customer Service. Fast and location is very convenient before hitting the highway. i Always get the Dark roast but the... Barista convinced me to try their medium roast (Pike Place) and it was not bad at all. but i still rather the dark roast (Veronaor Signature Blend) Read more
Always a friendly and pleasant experience when picking up my morning coffee. The drive thru can be busy at times so I recommend... planning ahead and giving yourself extra time. Another note, the drive-thru layout isn?t the best, however that?s to no faultof the business, that?s on the city planners. Drivers should wrap behind/around the building rather than trying to turn in fromdifferent directions and block traffic. Read more
Drive thru experience: The staff are always so kind. I have a couple slightly specific orders that they always get right. Also,... they love dogs (Pupacinos). Always a good experience. Read more
