Beautiful large bright windows on an entire wall of the store, plenty of comfortable pleather benching, friendly staff who are... very knowledgeable Starbucks eco friendly initiatives and gracious in their way of serving customers. New location and I'm loving it. The baristas are welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. They greet you the moment you walk in... and are always polite. Drinks have always been accurate and delicious. Also, there's a cute sitting area with umbrellas outside,lots of ac'ed seating inside, and the building is clean. A little barren when it come to decor, but it's a new location and willget there. Wanted to give five stars to the lovely barista who was working this evening. I?m not sure her name because I was exhausted from... a long shift in the heat (she had a pony tail and kind of dressed alternative I guess) but nevertheless she made a not so greatday turn into a better evening! Worst experience I ever had. Employees just keep staring at you face and make fun of with there colleagues. The lady at the... counter literally pointed at me and started laughing. I mean no one deserves that kind of Service if we are paying $10 on adrink All I asked about my birthday rewards if it worked and that started laughing. Which I don't think it was funny at all. This is a wonderful place to grab a delicious drink. They go above and beyond to craft the drink you want. I'm regularly... impressed by Starbucks baristas and what they can customize for you. Everyone here has been super helpful since I don't have ago-to summer drink and when I'm not sure what I want, they ask me a couple questions and make me something yummy. Yea thesedrinks are pricy, but you're not going to get service like this at Tims. I want to give a special shout out to Jakob. WhileStarbucks baristas are pretty much always super friendly, he really stood out at my last visit. He is very friendly andengaging. He clearly makes it a priority to have conversations with customers and make people smile. Great guy. Read more
Every morning I am greeted by the lovely team at this location. I will go out of my way to get to this location. It?s not the... easiest to get in/out of. But will you ever be glad you did.
