Ordered here ahead of time. Took about 45 minutes to get my 2 drinks and sandwich. Waited 13 minutes in store (had already... ordered ahead). Went out to the Best Buy and came back 30 minutes later. My sandwich and tall coffee had been made but theystill had not made the americano. I feel bad for the poor staff working there (Anchit - thanks for making my coffee!). Thisisn?t the first time I?ve come with the drive thru wrapped around and busy waiting area. Management should try to focus onscheduling more during busy times, as well as ensuring adequate coverage for both drive thru and front counter. Read more

Friendly staff but they are CONSTANTLY talking to one another. Waited in line for about 8ish minutes. Ordered 2 black coffees... with onside cream and sugar. First they didn't have blonde roast available. We stood and waited for 10-12 minutes for 2 coffees(didnt get pour overs either)! Then they forgot sugar and it took a minute to break someone away from another conversation. Iappreciate getting along with your colleagues; thats great! But smelling packaged coffee, carrying on inside conversations andignoring orders needing to filled is a bit much. We regularly visit this location and its always slow but usually its due tovolume. I ordered coffee from uber eats and they went way beyond to to deliver my request. I ordered a matcha and forget to mention hot... or cold. They send me two matcha one hot and other one cold. Loved the customer service Read more

The bartista made me drink wrong, then proceeded to make the new drink, and didn?t fully fill the cup. Once I asked for more... ice, and states ?my manager wanted to inform you, we can?t make these drinks anymore? however I?ve been making this drink forover a year now, and it?s an option on the app?? This is sadly one of the worst Starbucks location I've been to in London (and I've been to a lot). Normally when I walk into a... Starbucks I get a friendly greeting by at least one staff member to acknowledge that I entered the store. In this location, Idon't even have someone look at me let alone acknowledge that I came in. I have stood here for 10 minutes before waiting for amobile order with not a single staff member asking what I'm waiting for, and instead I had to grab someone's attention to askfor my order. During Covid when proof of vaccination was needed to sit within a premises I observed several people come in andtake a seat (before even ordering) without being asked for proof of vaccination. When I let a staff member politely know thatthey should go and check their response was "well, we're busy" . Today I ordered a coffee from there and upon grabbing my mobileorder I asked them to fill my iced coffee up with milk (because they still don't have the self serve milk items out). They toldme they couldn't because that's not how it was ordered. I likely won't be returning to this location. Thankfully there areplenty of other locations in the area that have much better service. Slowest Starbucks ever. Consistently slow. Every visit. In-store or drive-thru. There is enough staff but who ever is managing... them needs to be taught how to manage. Everyone seems to be running around behind the counter but producing nothing. Read more

Very pleasant location. Not currently open to in house dining but hopefully soon will be. The space is large and airy with... plenty of seating. Staff is professional and fast. Clearly this location has veteran baristas, let's hope it stays that way! Read more
