I love Starbucks, no doubt. But I didn?t like the experience at this store. The drive thru cashier wasn?t very nice, and usually... they are super nice and always smiling. I ordered a cafe mocha and it tasted terrible. Just tasted like water and hot chocolate- no espresso or milk. Overly sweet. And there was no sleeve on the cup. My favourite Starbucks shop in London. Although it's not the closest to my home, I usually go during the evening when it's not... too busy. There's usually space for me to sit and enjoy my drink, and the staff is always friendly and kind. Often goes out oftheir way as staff to make each experience lovely. Definitely gets busy often so you may not find a place to sit and dine in. Read more

I always order the same drink (salted caramel cream cold brew). I received a different drink and the barista argued with me that... it was correct even though it had chocolate in it. After getting the correct drink I received a dirty look and a "yep" inreturn. Read more
Staff named Dalton doesn?t want me to do some changes on my drink. It obviously shows even if I only wanted to change the milk... to non fat. My drink wasn?t made properly too. Didn?t taste the same from the last time I had it in other branch. Ended upthrowing both drinks that my boyfriend and I ordered. The store looks great but hope they make service as a priority. We shouldhave stayed and drink in the store but he really ruined our mood on staying. It?s just not the reputation I knew aboutstarbucks. Read more
This place offers an amazing service. I come here regularly and they know me by name. They even bring out the drink to me... sometimes or even make conversation and ask about the book I?m reading. MacCartney does an amazing job as a supervisor. It?s myfavourite Starbucks in the entire city. They always get my drink right. Read more
