It's great they have the black forest ham foe a new sub.
Watched staff member grab and prepare the sub for the customer ahead of me then without removing his gloves went to input the ... order then went back to grab the heated meat/cheese to put on the sub and with the same gloves reached in to add the toppingsthe customer wanted. Staff need to be trained on proper food handling. Gloves should only be used to handle food nothing else. If something needs to be done away from food prep, remove gloves then use a clean pair. I've been a loyal customer of Subway for years now and I've always been impressed with the quality of their food. The sandwiches... are always fresh, the ingredients are always top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I've never had a badexperience at Subway and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and delicious meal. But lately I've been feelinglike something is off. The sandwiches don't seem as fresh as they used to be and the ingredients don't seem to have the sameflavor. I'm starting to think that Subway is trying to poison me!
