Probably the slowest Subway I?ve ever been to. The subs good though!
i get that it?s stressful to serve university kids but this one particular woman who works here is so bad. she?s so rude to... customers for no reason like she has no regard for giving good customer service whether you?re a polite customer or not. shekills the whole vibe by making you feel unwelcome and giving attitude. giving it 2 stars because some of the other workersgenuinely are respectful and kind. I went to this place yesterday night around 11:50pm and there was one guy and a lady who was serving. I ordered teryiaki and... asked the lady to change the gloves bcz she was touching bacon and I don?t eat bacon. Then she replied rudely that we used thesame hand in everything. I was saying it very polietly and saying please but she was looking at me in so much anger. And thenshe didn?t even gave me a bag and just gave it in my hand for take out. I visited this store on Mother's day night. It was a Sunday and closing time was listed as 10pm. I went there at 9.30 and the... door was locked. They refused to serve and told me the store was closed. But when enquiried about the operation time, they saidthat they had to do the dishes and so decided to close the store. This is unacceptable as the store clearly states the timing istill 10pm and closing the store 30 mins before the actual closing time, leaving the open sign on and when asked replaying rudlyis not a sign of professionalism. Sandwich 1 review. Green Goddess. Completely mush despite making sure to add the veggies that looked the least disgusting and... being toasted. Toasted... yet cold chicken and mushy still. I'm honestly confused by how they managed this disgusting sandwichwhoch I've had at another location and enjoyed enough to get it again. Sandwich 2 review. Cold Cut. In the fridge for tomorrowbut if I can base it off what my "premium" sandwich should be... it might end up in the trash. I know Subway is far from a highquality place but we have been satisfied with other locations... this one literally is the grossest and cheapest location. Think5 pieces of spinach on a foot long, actual flies buzzing about when it's already too chilly to be seeing flies outside, mushytoasted bread with dried out veggies and funky tasting avocado spread. Dried out cucumbers. I didn't know cucumbers could lookthat gross. Lettuce on the other hand I have seen that brown but only in the garbage, not served to customers. Two full bins ofboth the dry cucumbers and brown as heck lettuce filled to the top because no one would want that on their sandwich. Thingsthat would benifit this store would be new management or being shut down by inspection. Read more
