One employee at this store keeps making subs sideways like this, they need to stop.
Service was terrible. Messed up so many times. Food is always good though.

I would love to rate their food but unfortunately I was unable to receive any. Arrived at 8:52pm (admittedly very near close as... they close at 9pm on sundays) open sign on,however the door was locked, associate already back behind the counter. When I calledto ask was told she closes alone and has to much to do, and everything was already turned off so she could not service me. Evenarriving at 8:52 the 3 subs I was after would have been complete and me out thebdoor before the 9pm close. Poor service. Read more
We have been going to this Subway for years, but will not return. Last week my daughter found a large piece of wood in her pizza... sub. When we brought it to the attention of the manager, nothing was done about it. We have had a few other bad experienceshere, including being made to pay in cash multiple times, and them not honouring the rewards program or coupons. Read more
Hello owner. Today I bought 6 inch with steak and Swiss cheese and I found inside some pieces of wood yellow color on photo... which I couldn't bite in my mouth. This is unacceptable. I keep these pieces with me if you want to take a closer look. You oweme reimbursement because it's unacceptable why you have that wood in your food brother!! I have receipt as well. Read more
This is the only subway that I will go to. The staff are always so friendly and extremely efficient while making orders. My... children refuse to eat any of my cooking because it fails in comparison to the delicious food we get from this location.Everyone that I?ve talked to has agreed that this is the best subway in London, perhaps even the best in the country. Jini andZeel put a smile on my face every time I go in because I know I?m getting a fresh sub prepped in a timely manor. Also, always aclean environment.
