Ordered one of their new 'Green Goddess Bowls'. Ended up being barely 1/4 cup of rice, 5 pieces of spinach, 5 super thin slices... of tomatoes and cucumbers (which I asked for extra), a few pickles and some guac. I get you get to pick your own toppings, butthis bowl was barely 1/4 full and it was over $10 with tax and I was still hungry after. Read more
This is the worst experience from this Subway store at 4380 Wellington Rd south, London On. I ordered a smashed avocado turkey... sub. There is no avocado or cheese or green peppers on my sub. Bun is stale. We keep calling but they do not answer the phone.Will never use this location again. Read more
One guy was working his but off while this girl just swept the floor and busy busy easy 5 or more ppl in line. Best part after... patiently waiting to order 3 subs came later that night when they made 3 ppl get sick. I most definitely will not be returningto this location again. I?m not sure weather to be mad with management for lack of training or the employee who served me !!!! I will give her... (employee) the stupidity award for the day. The gentleman ahead of me orders a sub and all is fine and he pays. After I watchhim rub the sub while still wrapped on his face and then neck he says to the employees, ?this isn?t toasted.? He then proceedsto open it and poke and prod and realizes it is actually my sub. She gets him the proper one he ordered. She decides to wrapthe one I ordered (that he had used as a towel) and hand it too me !!!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!! I say no thank you I?dappreciate it if you would disposed of that and could make me another. After an argument of why I would like another and why Iwould not pay for both of them, oh and a threat of the Health Board being contacted did a new sub be made for me. Very dirty when walking in. Not busy at all and 2 staff working. Floor needed to be mopped, windows cleaned. Now to the food.... The cheese was dried out and curling on the edges. The meat looked almost grey, and the cucumbers were old looking too. Onlyordered a child size veggie, and limited what we put on it. Once we got it, my child didn't want to eat it as the bread was veryhard, like it had been sitting for a very long time. They couldn't find a juice box or applesauce. I used to come here all the time, chatted with the owner, and enjoyed great food. I haven't visited in a while, and I'm sad to... say that sometime over the last year or two, something changed and now I am no longer happy with how this location makes theirsandwiches. Perhaps it's only a select few employees, but the last 2 times I've ordered, I've hardly received any veggies orseasonings without explicitly asking for more. I shouldn't have to ask for enough lettuce to cover from end to end, nor should Ihave to ask for more than 4 slices of tomato on a footlong. Read more
Pretty excited that this location carries the Veggie Patty! Great protein alternative for vegans and vegetarians and really... tasty too! Service was great, fast, friendly.. will definitely be back. Read more
