UNPLEASANT ENVIRONMENT for eating our lunches. Staff talked very loudly and made a lot of banging and noises made for less than... relaxing lunchtime. Whatever happened to giving the customers the best experience possible? Food was standard subway fare. Read more
I would give them a negative 5 if there?s a option. We ordered a footlong Italian herb & cheese bread with a veggie patty &... filled with all kinds of veggies. The bread was not at all fresh. Usually the bread should be soft if it fresh, here the breadis crispy and stale, rubbery. I talked to the owner I guess, but he never care. I just need to throw it in garbage and step outof the store. Waste of my money & time. I will never visit the store again. Pathetic customer service, irresponsible owner!!!! Read more
Fun fact by former unpaid employee: They change the expiry date sticker on the food on regular basis, I never olidged to that... btw. One more: If you see someone new as a trainee, he/she is not getting paid, training can go forever btw, atleast 1-2 months. Read more
Its been a long time since I had a subway sandwich with fresh bread!! For the most part, I've received stale bread even though... I've made a point to ask for fresh bread. Because most people like their sandwich toasted, they can get away with using stalebread!! I for one do not like my sandwiches toasted therefore the bread needs to be fresh! I mean who wants to eat a crumblysandwich because that's what you'll get when the bread is stale! So a big thank you to this subway location for making a greatsandwich with fresh bread!! Terrible. I called the restaurant for a pick up order, well, they don't do that. I was told " I have no customers you can just... walk in". I said no, I would like to have my order ready for when I get there, so I don't have to stand in a line up during apandemic. I was told three times, " no you walk in I have no customers". When I got there, there was of course a line up, I hadto repeat and explain four times what breaded chicken is but neither of the three employees understood nor knew if they carriedany. I asked for light lettuce and I got two handfuls on the one sub, about eight hot peppers when I asked for three and endedup with four because well, I guess you can't get three hot peppers on your sub. I was asked if I wanted any of the subs toasted,I said no, he then proceeded to turn around and attempted to toast the sub. As we were eating our subs we noticed the bread wassoggy. It was anything but a pleasant experience and just frustrating. One star. Not impressed. Read more
I rarely eat fast food, but sometimes there is a real need. This branch of subway is the nearest to our residence and I went for... it first time 5 weeks ago. It may seem small and simple, but clean and well organized. The staff are tidy, clean and alwayshave a nice smile. I really like that combination. Read more
