I frequent Subway for my lunches (almost everyday), but this location has consistently failed to meet the standards set by the... franchise. Always always have to make sure they give the right amount of meat as they try their best to give half the setamount, even going as far to rip strips of bacon in 2 (lengthwise) and call it "2 pieces". I came in here on Feb. 7 in the morning after getting off a bus. I came in to get a sandwich before heading to a meeting and the... young girl at the counter seemed friendly until she started making my 6 inch turkey sandwich. She screamed at me and had ameltdown when I told her to hold the pickles. She was acting like I was expecting her to do rocket science on the spot. Thisleft a bad impression on me. Read more
Went there to grab a couple subs before my brother caught his Greyhound. We arrived at 7:30 and it took him 20 minutes to make... two subs and a salad. My brother and mother were finished eating before my salad was done. He had to ask me how to make thesalad. When it was done it was easily half the size of any salad I've ever gotten at any subway. Horrible experience at this subway. It was 9ish in the evening and I had to grab something quickly as my bus halted there for 10... mins or so. Went here and ordered the veggie delight sandwich. There was only one guy in the store and he had no idea about theingredients of their sauce. Usually I go for sour cream and hot sauce as I don't eat eggs. They didn't have sour cream!Crazy. The guy gave me only hot sauce, how can one eat that sandwich with hot sauce only? Read more
This subway is in a convenient location. There is one worker there, Holly. Who gives the best customer service! I hope she... becomes the manager. I always feel welcomed by her and she makes the best food there! Always nice to have a hard worker wholoves their job instead of miserable or slow workers. Keep up the good work! Read more
My only choice for food as my bus was scheduled to leave. I ordered 2 small size sandwiches, 2 pops , 2 cookies and 2 bags of... chips. Total cost $22 and change. I didn't mind the cost until the bus left the terminal and was appauled to see disgustingbrown smudges on the inner wrapper??? Then to top it off when I opened the cookie bag, I found one and a HALF cookies!! Just aword of advice to consumers...do CHECK your order before leaving this place...I think they are sloppy as most consumers are in arush and will only open their "food" after the bus leaves the terminal....I'd rather starve than buy at this location again!Shame on you Subway!! I think her name is Holly, but she is always fantastic to talk to. Great service. Its too bad the manager always stands around... doing nothing while this poor girl has to do everything. Typical manager. Not even a smile from her. Holly should be running theplace alone. Read more
There is currently a day shift worker at this location Monday to Friday. This young woman is fast, efficient and very friendly.... She knows how to put a sandwich together and she has no problems remembering customer preferences. On her own, she is makingthis location a 5 star Subway location. You need good people to make retail work and this young lady is a super star. Read more
