Rude staff and when placed an online order was given attitude when I politely asked if the order was ready , after 30 mins of... waiting in store and 15 mins before picking up order , I had gotten 2 foot longs and 1 6inch , they were missing half the items, including extra cheese on all subs there was no cheese. ???? I gave that location previously 5 stars, recently they dropped alot, the quality is no more good, the portion of meat is now way... smaller. The cheicken scoop was half full, and he didn't also poor all of them in the sub. Basically it was a vegetarian subwith sauce. Ordered through the app, my wrap was built sideways (first bite was only meat, all the toppings, sauce, etc. were layered... behind), wife's bread was stale on top (think croutons) and soggy on bottom. Not the first time we've had issues at thislocation. Read more
I haven?t even asked for the toppings that have been added in my sub. Never liked banana peppers neither asked for spinach.... Forced to eat just because i am working late night Bread is not even toasted. Added some kind of watery dressing. Never askedfor this type of dressing. If a person is Ordering online that doesn?t mean that you have right to add anything and make theworst meal for a person and forcing them to eat or wasting money. Whoever made the grilled herb & cheese chicken teriyaki sub on sat Nov 26 between 2:15-2:30 am deserves a raise. I ordered from... the subway app and that sub build was 100% PERFECT. I don't want a different employee ever making me a sub again!
