Service was great, my waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food was sub par. The home fries were very salty to which I... ate less than half my meal. I told the waitress and they replied they would let the cook know. I was very underwhelmed at therectification of the situation. Read more

July 10th 12:30 pm. Service is good, but the food was not good today. I have ordered 3 eggs with home fries, chicken breast, and... brown toast. The only things that tasted good was the eggs and toast. You could taste the fridge when eating the fries. Theyhave a sign that says fresh is tastiest and clams they make everything fresh every morning, but I can tell that?s not the casewith the fries and the chicken. I have been here before and today was the lowest quality I?ve ever experienced at this location,so I have to change my review. Read more
Absolutely loved taking family here. Staff was friendly and helpful, atmosphere was fresh, but cozy. Has the option of inside... and outside dining. I enjoyed the Vegan southwest Hash and it was delicious. I had to specify clean grill/separately prepareddue to allergies and so far so good, lol. I do not know if they did at one time and now do not, but no DF milk/cream options forcoffee (as I previously had read there was). Read more
Feb 21, 2022 @ 9:30am: Great service and breakfast. Only one server running around serving, topping up coffees and also taking... in customers especially Family Day rush. I want to give her hats off!! Just a big big shoutout to her. Anna you are just superband a great great asset to Sunset Grill. The amount of busy it was with people waiting in line outside the door was just enoughto give anxiety to any server but she didn?t let this affect the service or the time. Was SOOOO stoked to get food from this restaurant after reading the reviews - after a near $100 delivery, all I can say is -... DISGUSTED, DISAPPOINTED, AND DISSATISFIED. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. People eat with their eyes first, and what wesaw when we opened our containers left us reeling. We specifically requested that ALL TOPPINGS for the food be placed on theside, as it had to travel in a vehicle. This request was not adhered to IN ANY MANNER. We ordered: a steak and 3 eggs meal, awaffle supreme, a supreme homefry poutine, a coffee, an orange juice and a side of hollandaise. Steak order encompassed - medrare cook - came to us overwell done, rubbery and hard. Homefries - literally about 20 pieces that were soggy on the outside andhard on the inside. Eggs - only received 2, not 3 (the yolks give you away - theyre easy to count!) and were bad... the colourof the yolk is SOOO off and the taste was as well. Waffle order encompassed - 2 sides of whipped cream on the side and a minibottle of nutella. The winners decided to put COLD whipped cream in a plastic container with NO LID on a HOT waffle - anyoneneed to do the math here?! What resulted was a soggy, inedible mess that even my garbage-eating labrador wouldnt touch. Thenutella was just not sent at all - I guess even though it was a part of the meal, I didnt need the item I paid for... TheSupreme Homefry Poutine was SOOO congeled, it is barely recognizable. Last time I checked, a request of ALL TOPPINGS on the sidemeans ALL - not just what you assume.. The orange juice was TWICE the cost of the coffee, and yet is the same sizedcup... Thankfukly, Door Dash is a reputable company that recognized the GROSS errors made by this restaurant and havecompensated me thusly. So buyers beware!!!!
