The worst Taco Bell you will ever go too, takes the longest in this city, literally the WORST. They don?t even give good food... after you wait 30+ minutes in their drive thru, no sign when they only accept cash and you?re stuck for 20+ minutes to get outthe drive thru because you don?t have cash on you. By far the worst Taco bell in London, not even close. You could have fooled me that we ordered hard shell tacos with how hard... the soft shells were. I quit ordering cinnamon twists because they TWICE gave me them without any cinnamon on them. I don'teven understand how thats possible. Read more

The guy taking orders is super slow and likes to socialize instead of taking orders. Wanders around like a lost puppy. Took him... 11 minutes to finally take an order. Stopped in for a family treat at taco bell of taco supreme fries, cinnamon twists, dorito tacos soft shell, and a family pack... of soft shell tacos with nacho/dip along with Pepsi beverages. We also ordered a big crunch from the KFC side. Quick service.Got the order correct. Will be back. Read more
Arrived at the drive through last Friday evening around 7:40pm with 3-4 cars ahead of me. Somehow took 20+ minutes for me to get... to the order box. This is typical of this location though. What wasn't typical was that at 8:02, when I finally got to theorder box, I got a recorded message saying they were closed early due to staff shortage. On a Friday night. The person ahead ofme got their order... I've also ordered a taco with no lettuce every time I've gone, and a good 7/10 times there's trace bits oflettuce in my taco, as though someone wasn't paying attention to the instructions and decided to just pick it off instead ofremaking it. For months now the restaurant has been closed intermittently to walk-in/dine-in due to, again, staff shortage. Read more
This Taco Bell location is awesomely consistent with staff being useless, not making food ordered, making extremely small... portions, of the food not going along with stuff requested. Been to this location a number of times, and the vast majority oftimes, items have been screwed up and not provided what was even ordered. This time, ordered Nacho Grandy requested NO beef andasked for extra fried beans. When got home, discovered there was more beef then fried beans even though asked for NO BEEF. Alsoordered 2 steak burrito supremes. Got home and discovered NO Steak burrito supremes, but got 2 steak soft tacos with hardlyanything in then and hardly any pieces of steak.... again not even remotely close to what was ordered. Then ordered friessupreme and ridiculous how small amount of fries and minial amount of stuff added to it the fries SUPREME. This location isbeyond useless at the ability to make what is ordered and requested multiple multiple times. Super glad to say, will never evergo there again. I use to come here all the time, I'm not sure if owners were switched, but my lord it is absolutely disgusting. You have 3 staff... standing around with EVERY table absolutely caked in crumbs and sauces. COME CLEAN, SWEEP, PUT YOUR STARBUCKS DOWN AND DO YOURJOB!!!!
