I ordered take out early in the evening for a set time later that night. I picked up the food on my way home from work which is... about a 5 min drive. When I pick up the bag and touched the bottom the food was not hot and when I opened the food it was allroom temperature and some (gyoza) was actually COLD . I called to let them know but it was close to closing and so no oneanswered. I left a message and am hoping they rectify this very disappointing experience. I don?t expect to have to microwavemy meal 5 min after receiving it. It was not great food either but that might have to do with it sitting around on theircounter for so long. Read more
We have visited Take a few times and generally enjoyed our experience, so perhaps we would have given a different, better review... but I am prompted to write this review because of our recent experience where we inquired about an allergy (gluten) and weregiven wrong information which lead to a long and painful night for my partner. The food IS good, but they are not very carefulabout allergies. Likewise, we were not offered anything in the way of apology for the mistake. We're fairly easy-going but ifsomeone whose gluten allergy is more severe had been in our place, the consequences could have much worse. Read more
Best Sushi in South London! We order a lot of salmon sashimi and it is always fresh and melt-in-your-mouth savoury. The rolls... are also good, though I don?t like mayonnaise on my sushi. Service is great, and the private booths are nice as well. Prices arealso reasonable. Try this place! Read more
This was my first time eating here and I would not recommend it. I was hoping to introduce my son to Japanese food so I ordered... a wide variety of things. The items with raw tuna smelled and tasted fishy. We did not eat those two dishes at all. With theexception of the gyoza, the other dishes went into the trash after only a few bites. Food was amazing. Excellent service. We were served by a boy named Brian. He is extremely polite. We felt very welcome by him.... We got our own booth. A tiny booth. I felt like I was at my home. I am from Hamilton and I wouldn't mind driving all the waythere to come here again and again. Read more
Ordered takeout. Seaweed salad (about a palm size) was $5.49, not worth it just get it fresh straight from the source from... Costco. Shrimp Tempura was tasty. Black Dragon Roll was very filling and big but my favourite roll is the Red Dragon Roll. On adifferent occasion, I got the bulgogi (it feeds three people comfortably) and Yaki Soba with shrimp - both so tasty! Read more
We have been ordering from this restaurant many many times. Lately the quality of service and accuracy of the orders have been... getting worse. Last time we have items missing in our order same as today. When calling them they offer free soup for next timewhich misses the point of having a nice dinner. Will not come back. Read more
