Cool little spot located on Oxford and wonderland. If you are looking for a unique experience and aren't scared of getting messy... come to Captain's Boil. The service was slow and average but this would not deter me from coming back. Read more

Service was great. Food was quick and good. Lobster was slightly overcooked, but otherwise, everything was excellent. Wanted a... nice seafood dinner and that's what we got! Will definitely be back next time we get a hankering for some sea food. Read more

This Is a terrible restaurant, I was there just after they opened, I ordered Lobster Roll, which was this thick soup on a bun,... disgusting. I was in a group of 10, everybody got there food at different times. Fast forward to today, I ordered the Lobsterpoutine, what I ordered and received was far different then what they advertise. The picture below shows a generous amount offries, with Lobster pieces mixed into the poutine. What I got was some fries with cheese and a very small Lobster tail in thecorner of the plate, about the size of a large Shrimp. I thought I'd give this place a 2nd chance, WILL NOT BE BACK. How doesthis place even stay open. Read more

We went as a large group to Captain's Boil for a joint birthday dinner. The restaurant staff were very accommodating and... friendly. The service was fast and the food was delicious. It's a pricier dinner out but this restaurant is about atmosphere, experience and fun. On that, they delivered! They do offer non seafood items for those joining who don't enjoy it but theseafood smell is strong so just a heads up. Read more

This place is super laid back and a very unique experience. They bring you plastic gloves to eat your seafood with and your... seafood dish comes in a plastic bag! Captains boil flavour was delish?. not too spicy but just enough to give some flavouring. Read more

First time eating here. Food was served fairly quickly. Ordered the pirate feast which came with Lobster as the main dish, along... with Mussels, Clams & Shrimp, corn, sausages & okra. We added additional order of crawfish, potatoes and a Lobster Poutine. Ourparty was comprised of mainly east coasters who unanimously agreed most of the food was overboiled, resulting in tough meat thatwas extremely difficult to remove from the shell. Our side dish of okra was never served. Based on the market prices and qualityof preparation, we will not be returning. Read more

Did not enjoy the food. Went there for the all you can eat shrimp and the sauce did not permeate the shrimp. Their Cajun fries... were amazing and I woke absolutely say to get that. The Captain boils sauce is very bland , the Cajun is better. If you arethere ask for salt so that you're able to season your food properly which you should not have to... The service was good, foodwas not good. Would not return as the food was not up to my standards. The best seafood boil experience I had in Canada was aplace called Hooly Crab, they are now closed.
