While visiting Canada I came to this pizza store every evening for a pizza . pasta or salad. Every time, I was served by the... new owners of this store. They were always pleasant , and had excellent customer service skills.. They always went above andbeyond for making these dishes delicious . I hope new owners will be appreciated by their customers because of their services,hard work , general attitude and demeanor ." I would like to thank the owner of The Italian House for taking care of us. We had a not great experience after having several... good experiences and she went out of the way to call us and offer to replace the order. She personally delivered our order thenext week. There are always bumps in the road but when the owner cares about their customer and stands by their business itmeans a lot. The pizza and wings are good overall, better topping quality than most pizza restaurants. The one challenge we findstill is the Italian seasoning they use can be too strong for some palates. Thanks! I?m telling state forward guys, I was very excited to eat food there with my girlfriend. We went there and started to eat pizza.... It was very bad..one of the worst pizza I?ve ever had. It was soggy and veggies quality was worst. I called them and told, theyeven didn?t feel sorry. Common you should have treated your customers like this and if you did any mistake?instead to feel proudbetter to say sorry. EDIT: after posting my original review, the restaurant reached out to me to offer credit to give them another chance. this time... the food only took about a half hour to arrive; for me the food itself was still not something that i'd go out of my way for,but i am very impressed with the customer service. i increased my rating due to the pleasant employees attempting to resolve theissues i had with my order. ORIGINAL: although i had high hopes due to reviews, i unfortunately had an awful experience allaround. the delivery took over TWO HOURS to arrive from the when i placed it through their website. i would have been okay withit but the food was not worth the wait or money... i asked for a thin crust margherita pizza.. not only was this absolutely nota thin crust, but the crust was incredibly chewy and hard to eat, and the cheese was hardened as if the pizza had been sittingout. and the risotto balls were honestly average at best. and for $30? i am thoroughly disappointed. Highly recommend. Ok, pulling no punches- this is a hole in the wall pizza shop and makes no bones about it come in, grab pizza... and go but that is all it has to be. However, if you want a really good calzone either fried or baked, then you have found yourplace my friend. Read more
