This location is horribly run. Always having issues with equipment some either employees are lazy and just don't want to clean... machines or they are out dated ro be broken multiple days a week regularly. Still the best go to coffee shop in Canada. Try customizing your drinks. They need to still improve on their customer service.
Unfriendly staff who lack customer service experience. Grumpy and don?t even speak to you and act like your inconveniencing... them, if your not that happy make a change. This was around 8:30am this morning in store front counter. Dropping to 1 star - 25minutes in drive through this morning because person taking orders wasn?t competent enough to listen, take orders or communicateproperly. This should have been recognized by manager and employee moved - 15-20 cars in drive through line - check the timesfor today, guaranteed they are brutal. Read more
Negligent managers are running this establishment into the ground. It seems like they are not having anyone cleaning there... bathrooms in this restaurant it?s so disgusting. I had to ask an employee at the counter for toilet paper. like I?m actuallydisgusted by the laziness of this place and honestly it all comes down to managers that come in and do less than bareminimum. Also their drive thru timer is broken so good luck getting fast service in the morning when the store is packed. Read more
One of my favorite coffee meet places. The store is always functioning well, or good customer service in lue of product. Clean... and quick service. Don't recall the last negative experience Ive had at this location with at elast 15-20 visits a year. Read more
Exactly what you would expect from a Tim Hortons. Drive thru is fairly efficient and I have not yet had any issues with my... orders from here. Staff is friendly and the store is kept clean. Read more
I?ve been to so many Tim?s locations that sometimes I don?t know the difference ???? It?s been all around the same service at... each restaurant. It?s always hit or miss. Take it for what it is. Abysmal This is by far the worst Tim Hortons Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to be given the completely wrong order, went... inside to get the correct items and they were incredibly rude made me wait another 10 minutes only to THEN tell me they don?thave the stuff to make my order, waited for them to find someone (also very rude) who could process a refund. In total more thanhalf an hour to get NOTHING. Save yourself the frustration go to another Tim Hortons. Read more
