There is no zero rating to give here. Worst place to get your food here. I have ordered a chai tea and a bagel extra toasted. I... realized after going to work that they missed to put a tea bag in my tea and bagel was not toasted. Went to restaurant tocomplaint, no one really cared to say sorry, just gave another burned bagel and tea. No courtesy sorry for their mistake and Ihave wasted time driving back there. Came through the drive through for a Hot tea and muffin I paid and Thank you have a good day the lady who was serving me was... rude no smile and she did not even say your welcome or have a good day as well all I got was a nothing just something thatsounds like a groan that was really rude. Tim Hortons needs to really start hiring people who will give you a smile and tell youto have a good day because it does make a difference to the customers. Read more
