Went in for chili cheese wedges during my half hour lunch. I stood there for almost 15 minutes and no one said a word to me.... Then when I asked how much longer they proceeded to tell me that they have no wedges... I'm unsure as to why no one could saythat to me in the 15 minutes I was standing around wasting my lunch break. Completely ignorant and inconsiderate service at thislocation. Will not be going back. And to make it worse, there was another gentleman in there same time and his wife who's begalthey messed up and they were completely rude to this elderly man, practically ignoring him, as they did me. Dirty inside. Lazy staff just standing around talking Garbage all over the pickup food area The Chile was so thin I... couldn?t find any meat and one sm piece of celery. Brought to the attention of one of three staff members standing around. Onescraped the bottom of the cont of chili they serve from and still couldn?t get much in meat. And gave me another cont of waterdown chili. This place must have changed ownership it?s really bad. Will never return oh as well I questioned the extremely smpiece of bread that came with it. Worst Tim Hortons probably. I ordered Habanero Chicken bowl, they knew they were out of rice but still proceeded to serve me... instead of saying the item is not available. The rice were probably two spoons in 9$ bowl???? Read more
I was on the phone with my bank and suddenly this staff shouted at me instead of saying it nicely that they were close. Of... course i heard her and i was getting my things as i was still talking to my bank on the phone. She then repeatedly shouted thatthey were close. I would have talked back but i was on my phone talking with my bank. Im also a worker so If she wanted to gohome early she could have notified that they were gonna close 15mins before so she can get things done and not shout atcustomers. Read more

Deb the manager is extremely rude and unpleasant, actually not surprising but zero customer service skills. Miserable, nasty... lady, I would not recommend this Tim Hortons at all. Typical ridiculous lines out the door, slow service, and the manager willyell at you and make a scene if you try to take sugar packets for your drink. Sorry but if you made my beverage properly andyour tea wasnt so cheap and bland tasting I wouldn't need sugar packets on the side. It's a nice location with lots of sitting room. Only 3 stars however because it doesn't have a drive through. Also, I got a... mobile order here before and the lady said to me "if you're picking up a mobile order, it's right there" pointing to it behindthe counter, making me walk around and get it myself. Seemed a bit rude. Their saving grace I think is that there isn't anotherlocation close by so people are forced to come to this one. Read more
Stop putting two chocolate dips in one bag, or any bag you noobs. They obviously stick to the bag and eachother.
