I guess it's a typical Tim Horton's. Haha! The donuts were fresh and the staff was nice. I love their cold brew. They were out... of tomatoes and our order took about 20 min. They would have forgotten our soup. I had to send them back to get it. Read more
Today I was at the drive- through around 5:30 pm. The person taking our order was in such a bad mood, he used a very rude and... mean tone of voice towards me and my family. He didn't care that the lid of the coffee cup was broken, it didn't close properly,when I told him, he said he couldn't do anything about it and immediately closed the window. So my husband went inside to talkto the manager. This man turned out to be the manager. This is totally unacceptable, he should set good example for hisemployees. I hope the owner of this store sees this review. It doesn't matter if you are very busy, you shouldn't work forcostumer service if you are not able to keep your emotions in check. Read more
I visited this location today August 8th 2022 - around 8 pm - there was a slim-short female employee who was so rude with us.... She looked so racist to the moment she saw us - not sure why but may be because I was with Hijab! she was with very angry face,she wasn?t listening to our order, she put three doughnuts full of chocolate on top of each other and throwing the paper bag ontable in a very disgusting manner! she has no name tag on her shirt but I have her photos if management is interested to seethis severe employee! First time at this Tim Hortons location. The drive thru was fast and accurate. First time ever I received the chocolate... croissant in a box.... it was awesome. Finally I will be able to eat it without leaving the outside chocolate stick to the bag.That alone made me really happy. Will definitely come back again when in the area. Looks like it used to be a nice place... It's filthy in here!!!! Every surface is grimy. The condition of the restroom is... appalling. I feel like asking for a bucket with a rag and disinfectant. Somebody needs to do something!!! Read more
Wish I could give them 0 stars. Wanted a crispy chicken wrap but they tell me at the window that they don't have crispy chicken.... Then i said i will get the veggie one and it was the worst one i have had yet. I wanted habanero wrap but there is no habanerosauce anywhere in it and they didn't even bother to wrap it properly as everything is spilling all over the place. Never comingback here. Ever! Read more
