I rate this place not only for their friendly service, but the means and ways of which they treat some of the clients who come... through their door. This location is located close to an impoverished population and most likely get more than their share ofpeople in need, needing to use washrooms and perhaps shelter from the weather. I have never witnessed anything but the mostrespectful treatment from the staff, bestowed upon thier clientele. Read more
My experience was on October 18 ,at sore on commissioner Rd E in pond mills in food basics plaza I ordered my usual which I ve... grown accustomed to ,but today something was off I ordered large coffee with hazelnut shot,but the server was distracted with alarge note I gave him,but ordered two sandwiches,paid full amount. Get in vehicle,arrive home ,bummer My coffee was yuk tastelike on burner too and NO hazelnut shot ,which went down sewer My sandwiches,sausage egg n cheese. W/ bacon would be good but noSAUSAGES They were boring,,no meat and country biscuits were too crispy n close to hard,in the garbage But paid full price ,butreceived low service I realize it's not high end,but I will be checking EVERYTHING I purchase from now on . Placed a mobile order because the line was too long. Told them I had a mobile order and the one sole person working in the front... said the person on online orders is on break so it took us way longer to get our (2) drinks. The staff is only trained to say?sorry.? Read more
Hot chocolate on a rainy evening. It approaches the Italian style "stick -to-your-ribs" and very warming. The staff were doing... a good job at staying cheerful and had a supply of pirate jokes and puns. I'm good with that. Read more
One of the most friendlist TimHortons. The lady at the desk is amazing with kids. Very considerate and ensured that my order was... correct. There is decent parking. Lots of bike storage. There is drive through as well. Will come back here for sure. Read more

This will be my first review on a Tim Hortons?I go to this one most mornings during the week and I had to leave a comment. Every... single time I go, no matter the time, the drive thru team is ALWAYS so kind. Every dang time. It?s so nice when grabbing yourcoffee on the way to the office! Not their fault, but this particular area has seen better times. The city needs to do more to help get the homesless off the... streets and into housing. The opiod crisis, pandemic and cost of rising rent are causing downtown to be have influx of at riskfolk. Its heart breaking. Read more
