It seems that Google does not permit customers to write more than one review. Additional reviews must be edited into the... previous review which, in this case, was four years ago. Therefore, as the previous review is now irrelevant and obsolete dueto an obvious management, and unsuitable staff change ... it will be deleted. Recently, it was the case of the unslicedsandwich -- delivered, wrapped, with half (at least) of its' contents outside the croissant, and also requiring the whole itemto be sliced in half. Bringing this to the attention of the manager, who's only comment was to the difficulty of makingcroissant sandwiches, it was given back to the staff to be sliced (and re-wrapped). When seated, it was discovered,unbelievably, that only the top had been sliced ... thus, it remained as just a one-piece item. Incredulous, and returning tothe disinterested manager, it was taken for the extreme task of completion ... the staff person involved still wondering (fromher expression) why the definition of the word 'sandwich' was not in her vocabulary. Note -- Fortunately, this was not atake-out item. BTW, what happened to the adult, friends-of-Tim's, social groups that frequented this place in the past ? Fastfood restaurants, generally, seem to have lost their welcoming appeal ... except for woke teenagers. Thus, the one star forthis visit ... endures. Read more

Offered me an iced coffee instead which is acheaper drink, I asked for a refund, he spent 7 minutes pushing buttons on the screen until the cook came from the back to helphim . I was in this store so long for nothing I feel like I should be compensated for my time! That's was ridiculous, TELL THECUSTOMER BEFORE THEY PAY IF YOU CAN NOT SELL THEM THE PRODUCT THEY ARE PURCHASING!!! Read more

Very strange interaction with an employee just before pandemic got threatened and called racial names supposedly he lost his job... but the corporation helped make it better not the people who covered for the racist haven't been to Tim's in Byron for over twoyears now because of it still feel uncomfortable walking by it which I unfortunately have to do if I want to go anywhere in thiscity Read more

Something with the start of school gets this location working like miserable drones, horrible service. To complain on their app/... site is impossible. So I resort to this platform for the public to see. I don?t need free coupons. I don?t need apology. I JUSTWANT the RIGHT food, and not having to stop and sift through it, while drive through guy looks at you with so much contempt,like I?m holding up his personal line. Read more

horrible experience, honestly so trash. customer service is awful. everyone looked so miserable i ordered 3 drinks and it took... about 10minuites for them to make it, the manager seemed like she hated her life. most of the workers were young/students andall they did was sit around it took a few minutes for my boyfriend to ask what was taking them so long. and after all thatwaiting my drink tasted like WATER ( i ordered peach refreshers) i know this is the only timmies in the area but it should beshut down.
