This tim hortons is absolutely HORRIBLE. I stranded in line there for over 30 MINUTES and the front staff literally completely... ignored me meanwhile everybody else was served. You can tell they are a new hires but the service was bad and I feel they just need more and better training. They asked for my... order several times, didn't give correct change, was not busy and it took almost 20 minutes for 2 drinks and 3 donuts. 2 honeydip donuts and a Boston cream. They put the Boston cream on the bottom and the 2 honey dip on top of the Boston cream in thesame bag. The honey dip donuts squished the Boston cream and left a lot of the honey dip on it. Ordered 3 items and somehow they managed to get all 3 wrong. I called and spoke with the supervisor who said that one of the... items was discontinued which the staff didn?t know about? Not good ????and the other item she grabbed from the wrong locationbecause apparently they switch the locations around, so she just didn?t look? Went to time Hortons on Wilton Grove rd got 2 creamy chills and got them with no whipped cream. When I asked for the whipped... cream I waited for 5 min in drive thru for the girl to open up a new whipped cream and she put a nugget in my drink. Wow!!!! Talk about horrible customer service. The one lady working there ( blonde and has tattoos all over )misheard what I... wanted and I even repeated espresso ON THE SIDE twice. I get to the window and its in my drink. I kindly ask her to remake itand it's my fault apparently that I wasn't clear somehow and was given extreme attitude. I say that I repeated myself twice atthe speaker and wondered what the issue was. She snapped and LITERALLY threw all my change at me, swore at me and I had my childin the car with me. I think she's a manager there too, I'm not sure, but I find it pretty disgusting her behavior and especiallyinfront of my child. I'm extremely disappointed with this timmies.
