This place has terrible morning staff they all do not communicate and clearly don't like each other. I went for the most basic... of orders nothing hard about it at all I got a simply sausage nothing else and got no cheese and clearly had the girl ask me ifI wanted cheese which I said no to. Ordered perfectly fine then went to stand and wait at the food counter. Took 10mins causeall they focus on is drive through at this location. Girl give me my order finally and it has cheese so instead of justcorrecting the wrong food she denies the girl put no cheese even though I saw it say it on the screen they proceeded to argue soI took my sandwich that I can't eat now because the cheese at your store makes me sick. This location needs to definitely thinkabout new staff or come up with a new game plan to run the front of the store like drive through cause its really really sad. Read more

I ordered a plain bagel with extra cream cheese, I got charged for the extra cream cheese but when I went to bite into my bagel... I noticed there was barely any cream cheese at all. What a rip off, I paid for extra cream cheese and I get barely any. Tim'sshould realize that if are going to charge extra for sauces/toppings you have to make that extra charge worth it. Read more
I was the only vehicle in line at the time so they were not rushed. I ordered and paid for 1 large black dark roast and 2 back... bacon and egg on English muffin. When I got on the 401 I reached into the bag and only 1 English muffin so I called the locationasked for the Manager who came on the phone explained the situation that I was on the 401 and I was missing an English muffinwhich she confirmed how many I got and asked if I come through frequently which I responded yes she took my name and said nexttime through let them know when ordering and you will get it for free, I said that is nice of you to give me something I alreadypaid for for free and then she said it again ... clueless Anyways they can give my sandwich I paid for and did not receive tosomeone who could need it and note for the record I will not use this location again. I thought with all the problems withorders at Tim Hortons were the employees fault because of lack of training but I can see now it comes from the top maybe theManagers should be trained properly to enhance and allow their employees to do better.
