This Tim Horton gets point for being professional while they?re absolutely harassed by the same homeless men everyday. They... scream over people who try to order, they stand in the drive thru line up staring in peoples windows. It?s scary and somethingneeds to change. Read more

When are you guys going to open the dining room? I would like to be able to come sit, have a coffee, and do some work on my... laptop there. You had put the seats back for a little bit and then removed them again, why?? If it's because of homeless people, just call them cops on them. Also, your staff neglects the mobile order pickup counter, they literally walk by, look right atyou and say nothing or just continue chit chatting with their coworkers. The older woman who works there is the only one who isgood at her job, give her a raise and replace the other people. Read more

Very slow and short staffed, especially in the morning. 2 staff on counter in morning rush hour while at least 5 in drive thru... with some that just watch and talk with eachother while the counter people are swamped with a huge line of people waiting. Iunderstand the drive thru has wait times but counter is awful. Read more

This Tim Hortons on Wellington and Baseline has to be the worst I have ever been to. The first time I went there it took 15... minutes to get my order. The second time I asked for a bag because I had to walk to the Hospital and was pushing a stroller. Theemployee said we told you they were for delivery. Really like a bag was going to kill them. I would have paid for the bag. Theemployee was rude when she said this and rolled her eyes. I guess it was the manager who out loud told three workers that one ofthem should be going and cleaning the washroom since they are standing around. Really, I am thinking she should have gone up tothem quietly and asked them to do this. I have worked in customer service for 48 years and found this place to be below standardas far as customer service. Read more

This place is absolutely the worst Tim Hortons I?ve ever been to. I don?t blame the staff but I blame the management and the... owners. The absolute lack of training and lack of commitment to customer service is very obvious. I would like to believe thatthe employees do the best with the tools they are given but the management and franchisee need to do better. I will never dinein, take out or Uber something from this location again. I would go out of my way to avoid it entirely. Read more

My 12 year old son walked to Tim Hortons(baseline and Wellington) this morning to buy breakfast for us all as a surprise and get... his three year old brother a special surprise donut for his birthday. The staff was incredibly rude to him and he left crying. When he got home he realized they didn?t give him the donut or his own breakfast. He was absolutely heart broken. I?ve beengoing to this Tim Hortons for twenty years and over the last year the costumer service has become awful. It?s the slowest one inLondon, the staff are all under trained, and you have to check your order every time before leaving, or i guarantee you will bemissing something or your coffee isn?t made properly. The manager and owner of this Tim hortons should be absolutely ashamed andi hope you get closed down when they rebuild the plaza. Read more

Almost every time I visit here there are homeless people yelling, freaking out and trying to intimidate people. I don't feel... safe approaching the front doors. I have personally seen employees having to deal with this. They need security to keep peoplefeeling safe. The employees should not have to deal with this as they are not trained social workers.
