Not only is it hard to communicate with the employees because they?re so illiterate, but it?s hard to go to this location and... expect your order to be correct. After waiting nearly 15 minutes for a bagel, when I finally got it, I realized they made itwrong. Not once did I say I wanted butter on it yet they put so much that the bagel was soggy and falling apart. They suremissed the bacon I paid extra for though. This location is a joke, incorrect orders and poor customer service is not uncommonhere. The owner either needs to hire and train all new staff, or should be removed entirely. It?s pathetic really. Very slow on service, prior drive through orders way more than in-store customers. Was ignored for a whole 10 minutes in the... morning. Bad experience ruined my day. Read more
Bad experience. I have ordered a medium ice cap and its not mixed well. The workers are so talkative with each other and didn't... bothered about customers. Also i had wait too much time to order. Read more

Just like every other fast food place they totally ignore anyone who walks in they only care about drive threw customers. The... sevice here was totally nuts The older woman was verry loud yelling at 7 am with the staff about simple things they had undercontrol and made it a very uncomfortable place to sit snd chill with a coffee. Also there are Flys buzzing around the food. Andthe woman at the counter barely sounded like she was speaking English and spoke in such a loud shrill voice. This place is a madhouse. Read more
I feel disgusting.. I had a medium ice cap and as I was drinking I did not notice there was a huge dead fly in my drink, I feel... mortified and furious, i did not order a medium bug ice cap, I am never going back I am grossed tf out. Read more
No camomile tea. Garbage on the floor near cash. Witnessed girl mopping but didn't mop spill two feet away. Dirty bathroom.
Did not have steeped tea, donut was rock hard like always (like how?? Its only 8am??), had to wait 5min extra in drive through... as the machines went down. Read more
