UPDATED REVIEW: After having an absolutely terrible experience with a mobile order and previous in store orders I decided to try... this location again, mostly out of convenience. They have totally redeemed themselves. I ordered in store this time and thestaff were very pleasant and quick as well, neither of which were the case previously. I went there for cilantro wrap which usually order, the size of wrap smaller than usual, upon that when order was done the girl... simply kept the warp on counter. No paper bags were offered no tissues maybe she was in rush to end her shift. If you?recharging for whole thing at least give it in proper portion. Read more
I won't be going to this location again, orders are never right or made in a timely manner. If I order through mobile for... pickup, I would think it would be ready when I arrived, but they only start it when you get there. They also keep menu items ontheir app that they don't stock, so upon arrival they offered a replacement.....but I was en route to the train and was not in aplace to wait another 5 minutes. This keeps happening , so I'm going to take my business to Starbucks, when they make a mistakethey fix it. Read more
A big old Zero if I could , went it to order a coffee , was asked twice to repeat order I had to say louder so they could hear,... which they assume I was yelling my order .. also 5 ppl behind the counter and nothing was fast about it , slower workers ,longwait times .. never go there unless your a collage kid.
