Typical Tim Hortons set up. The coffee was actually really well made, but next to no donuts/pastries available.
Employees lack Customer Service Skills and lack Basic Common Sense. Looks like the Management Hasn't provided Any customer... service training to the employees. When I hav clearly said "it's for here", shouldnt I b asked whether I want it in a paper bagor on a plate & coffee in paper cup or china mug? ; When I order croissant &/or tea biscuit shouldnt I b asked whether I needbutter by the side? Shouldnt a knife b provided along with the butter?... am I going to apply butter on the croissant with myfinger??? Shouldnt I b asked whether I need a receipt? Despite clearly saying before hand itself, "thankyou...and please give mea receipt", the employee forgets, then keeps juggling around in the computer to reprint the receipt .. wastes time .. and thenprints out a "take-out" receipt??? I went to Tim hortons at 6:30 am Saturday morning As I walked in, there was only 1 person ordering something, so I went to the... napkin dispenser and, began to pull napkins, Out and asi was doing so, the manager pulled the whole thing into her arms, andsaid enough!!!so then I. The service from the counter was wonderful, however the reason for my poor review was the state of the washrooms. When the lady... after I went in, she actually complained to the staff and they stated it had been cleaned only an hour ago and went it to checkand didn't see a problem. I'm sure they do a basic clean however, those washrooms need a deep clean. Read more
Drive thru is usually long and decided to go inside this morning at 920am. Only person in line and got my bagel, donut and tea... 20 mins later. Never complained. Sat down and opened my bagel wrapper. That's easily a half cup of frozen butter on that bagellol I improvised and used my finger to melt and spread the butter. Very very slow location. One person making all the food andshe looked so stressed out. Help your team members! It's not just this location. Stop being cheap Tim's and hire more people.You cannot keep up with the demands of a growing population. Your stock is minimal at all locations. Quick service, good location although a little tricky to get in and out of. Coffee is usually pretty good, food has always been... prepared fresh, hot and quickly. I find this location a little out of the way but great last minute stop on the way out ofLondon towards the east or on the way back into London. This time I had the chipotle wrap, which wasn't spicy at all, andwedges. Both were fantastic... although I think they forgot the chipotle sauce. :) Great job guys! Read more
This used to be one of the best in the city, they changed the staff and now the cream is left too long and makes people sick,... the orders are wrong and they seem to be confused about the basic operation of the business. Thankfully, there are plenty ofother locations, and I don't have to go there. Read more
