Unfortunately the cons outweigh the pros for this Tim's. 90% of the time they are understaffed and you are in line waiting a... stupid amount of time just for a coffee. When they do have a greater amount of staff you'd think the service would be faster,right? Nope. They are still extremely slow, don't even know how to punch in your order most times and instead of handlingstressful, busy situations professionally, they just end up chatting with each other and start walking around aimlessly. Itmakes you wonder whether or not any of them received ANY training whatsoever. There is an older lady in particular that isextremly rude and impatient, which wouldn't be the case if they just took control of things. To top it off, they can't even getan order right despite not being busy (sometimes), making the order monitor they use completely usless. The only good thing Ican say is that I've yet to get cold or stale food or coffee. Regardless, not the best Tim's which I partially forgive due to itbeing in a college. Read more
I ordered a chai latte and they didn't know how to ring it in, wanted to charge me for the tea bag, and then asked me how to... make it after 5 minutes of standing by the machine talking to each other. There were 8 people on staff and they don't know howto make the things on their menu. Read more
This location is out of stock most of the time. They should atleast put up a small board to write if they are out of stock. I... waited for 15 minutes in line and didn't get what I want. The staff is not professional. There is one lady who has a very rudebehavior. This location has the worst service ever. Read more
Terrible Tim Hortans. Service is really bad; the staff don't really know what they sell and if you ask they constantly have to... look back at the menu. They don't handle substitutions well and anything you ask for that isn't a key on the register they endup confused and taking forever to punch it in. There is also a very limited menu compared to other Tims and many things arealways "out-of-stock" but I suppose that's a product of being an outlet in a college. There is always a huge line aswell butthat isn't really their fault. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because I know it's a college Tim Hortans so someof these issues are unavoidable. One of the worst Tims I've ever been to. The food and drinks are good the few times they're actually available, but otherwise... you may find yourself stuck in a 10 minute line only to find out they can't make you what you want (due to the machine beingdown or not having ingredients). This has happened to me more times than I've actually been able to get anything from here. Thestaff is mostly nice except for one lady who works close. She's atrociously mean. Read more
