Almost every time the workers get my coffee wrong and there?s barely any pastry. Today I asked for flavouring in my coffee and... it was just stuck to the side of the cup and when I asked to have it mixed in they just gave it back to me the exact same wayand told me to try mixing it myself. Service from some of the regular employees there is amazing . There is one that I seem to always have an issue with. When ever I... pay she never gives the change back. I don't mind when its like a dollar or two.. But when its $10.00 + I always have to ask forher to give my change back . It makes me not ever want to leave a tip. Management should definitely have a talk with staff. Itis not even the whole staff just one person particular. Do better. Read more

Either your drink is messed up or they fill your cup way under the cup line. Not to mention SOME of the employees are rude and... lack manners, you will be lucky if they even say a word. Drive the extra 2 minutes to the other 2 timmies for better service andproperly filled beverages Read more
Whoever worked on Thursday (July 25) at 9pm made excellent coffee. Didn't grab her name but holy! So good!
Went in there at 2:30 in the afternoon, on my lunch break from work, to grab an iced coffee. The voice on the drive through... speaker was cold and monotone which put me off. I ordered a large ICE coffee. I got 4 ice cubes and a warm coffee. I could haveordered a regular coffee and left it to get cold. Read more
Drive through. Large black cold brew with a shot of vanilla. No ice no vanilla. Sausage/egg/cheese breakfast wrap with no sauce... - got sausage with sauce in a wrap? Went back through the drive through to get another wrap and got a hash brown wrap thistime? Absolutely brutal. Minimum pay minimum effort I guess. Normally through the week morning crew is awesome.
