I was just driving by. I don?t like going here cause of a previous incident. I thought, drive through. What could go wrong. ... I had a coupon. I ordered a meal with chilli. I was told by them they only have crackers. It?s a supplier issue. I know that?strue cause I had 2 other Wendy?s tell me. The difference is that they offered me nachos or a bun to say sorry for theinconvenience. When I asked this Wendy?s the same question they said the manager said no. I drove up to the window. They gaveme my drink and asked for the coupon. I gave it to her. Then waited 3-5 minutes and another lady came with the machine to pay. Ipaid and then waited another 2-5 min. Finally my meal comes out. I lean in to get it, she pulls the bag back and asks if I havethem the coupon. I said yea. She went inside to check if I was lying. Once she confirmed they got the coupon then they gave methe food. Like, is this not the cheapest and most ignorant location ever. Now for sure I?ll never go back again. Read more

Customer service was too bad. We came to London for a visit and we are great fans of Wendy?s. This is our first time experience... with Wendy?s customer service. Please teach them to be nice to the customers as how the Burgers are so good Read more

I love the staff at this location! They're very focused on carrying out orders at an efficient pace and connect/remember return... visitors. Their new breakfast menu is very nice and quite affordable for "on-the-go" activities. Read more

THANKS TO YOUR EMPLOYEES MORGAN UPDATED MANAGEMENT DAVID David was extremely rude to me I tried to explain Blaine how was... employee was and he hung up and said bye. I am going to contact the head office and make a formal complaint and the BetterBusiness Bureau on this location. ... MORGAN So 8 minutes before serving lunch, Because they started serving breakfast justrecently they now do not want to start cooking anything for lunch and to bunch until the last minute. So MORGAN insisted that Iwait 8 minutes before serving me.. One business to another I would not recommend this location or eman this location or evencome to this location ever again. This is not the 1st time that this location has been a little bit fishy maybe it's just thetroubles of hiring educated employees. But I'm sure it's not that hard to throw burgers on the grill and start cooking it.. Ilike on an hour I had a time or a 1/2 hour ahead of time. 8 minutes. I will also be making a formal complaint on the websiteabout this employee and the service. I'm here to spend money not be told to wait 8 minutes before they can serve me because itaint lunch time yet. It's not daycare we're not in a school this is a place of business business that is already cooking foodand there is nobody in there but one other customer. 8 minutes is not gonna make a large difference on the amount of foodyou're cooking for breakfast or lunch.. i came in with my grandmother about 10 minutes ago, and one of the older managers was working. this young man ( one of the... employees) was making a poutine as ordered, and the woman manager was completely rude to him when he made a mistake in thekitchen. she yelled at him and used unnecessary words towards him. the whole line could hear how poorly she was treating heremployee. I felt bad for him, and my grandmother said something about her behaviour and she was completely rude to mygrandmother back!! it really hurt my heart to see her talk to people like that. the manager had light brown hair and wasprobably in her 40s. completely inappropriate work behaviour. Horrible service I'm a delivery driver and came in with my bag to pick up two orders didn't know one order is big so took the... first one to my car and put it in my pizza bag to stay warm came in to grab the second bag the old lady had to raise her voiceand tell me no demanding me to buy another bag or don't come back here like really the other workers laughing in the back, themorning staff I never go threw that things has to change like we're helping you to get your orders out to be treated rude Andalso gotta work more on bathroom cleaning I'm not gonna say much but disgusted for sure so please work on your staff &cleaning August 14 Time: 6:10 pm Read more

Ordered a chicken strips combo and was asked if I wanted dipping sauce, to which I said no. Only got chicken strips. Ended up... paying for my chicken strips, pop, and additional frosty individually, which was okay because mistakes happen and it was just amiscommunication. I went back to front desk to politely ask for fries and I mentioned I had asked for a combo. I had no issuewith paying for the fries. Cashier was extremely rude and told me that I never asked for a combo (I did) and that he asked if Iwanted a combo (which I didn?t hear) and then asked if I wanted sauce (so he must have asked both questions at the same time butI didn?t want sauce). He was condescending and made me feel like I was stupid/causing problems just by asking if i could havefries. I get that fast food is a hard business, but I was polite and said upfront that I was going to pay for the fries on theirown. Hands down the worst fast food experience I?ve ever had. Read more

I have been to this Wendy's a couple times and haven't had any issues. I just was here about 10 minutes ago and had... inexplicably poor service. I ordered a combo at the drive through, and noticed the total was way off. For some reason two ofeverything had been ordered, not one. The cashier seemed rather annoyed with me but I never asked for 2 of everything so I don'tknow why that was my problem. I got my food relatively quickly, but the sandwich was a completely different one than I ordered,and the frosty was nowhere close to being filled. It was a good inch and a half from the top of the cup. The fries seemed fine,but there was no spoon in the bag, just a paper straw. Don't know what this was all about, aside from receiving a deep fried ratas well, I'm not sure what else could have been screwed up. Order was received wrong, 2/3 food items were wrong, and no properutensils were given. Read more
