Never EVER order food from this place using a delivery service. They almost always forget something, they use old nasty food to... send out instead of making food fresh or using recently cooked items. I gave them a chance tonight, paid $30 for a chickensandwich meal with a potato and frosty and a cheese burger. The chicken sandwich was dried up and shriveled to nothing, thepotato was rock hard and must've been cooked more than a day ago and worst of all the frosty was completely melted and hadchunks of plastic in it. Because it was melted I tried to drink it and got plastic caught in my throat and had to gag it up. Thedelivery service refused to do anything, when I called the restaurant the employee was laughing that there was plastic in myfood. Absolutely disgusting. This Wendy's used to be one of my favorite fast food places. Over the last several years it hasbecome absolutely horrible. No quality standards, you have a 50/50 chance that you will get the food you paid for and if youhave an issue with the horrible quality you're out of luck. Love Wendy's. I wish the burgers were hotter though. I always have to take them home to heat the meat. Not sure why the meat is... barely warm. That's my only issue. Friendly service and good food otherwise. Read more
Waited at drive-thru speakee for about 15 minutes. Don't know what the problem was ahead of me! There is ALWAYS something... missing from my order at this Wendy's. Doesn't matter how many times I tell them I don't want cutlery, straws or napkins, theygo in the bag, anyway, every time. Read more
Got a taco salad tonight around 10pm , and they forgot the tortilla chips. It Was really bad without the chips. usually the... service is accurate here. But tonight i was disappointed. the woman on the drive thru speaker also told me there was only onesize taco salad and the menu clearly stated large or small , and always has been in 2 sizes. Server was great and strawberry salad delicious. Bathroom had no toilet paper in one stall and when I brought it to the... attention of a staff member she gave the impression that she didn't really care about it! Sad that Wendy's does not recycle theplastic. Get with the times Wendy's! Read more
There are 12 people working, the drive through isn't moving and going in for a salad has so far taken 15 minutes. It's 2:45 and... not even a meal rush. The staff are super friendly and nice, but management seems to be lacking the organizational skillsrequired for efficiency. Also I'm not sure why so many staff members ignore regular customers to focus on orders through fooddelivery services that net the business less revenue. Dedicate a member or two of the team to deliveries and get it together. Read more
While I was there there were no employees wearing hair net's anywhere, no one cooking or serving, also There was 2 people... handling food, cooking it while not wearing gloves or hair net's. That is not sanitary by any means. The person taking orders ishandling money, I paid cash then she handles the serving of chili which she spilled on her hand,then wiped it on uniform andcarried on like it's a common thing to happen, my understanding is cash is handled by many people. On a good note the cashierwas very pleasant. Read more
