Tasted good but I doubt 6 wings is a pound ????????
Ordered Wingsnob for a family birthday, placed order online and card was charged. Called restaurant to confirm and got voicemail... saying they were open. Went to pick up order and a sign was on the door saying there were closed due to shortages. So we had toscramble and figure out a new dinner. If you?re not open, don?t let people order online from you. Update in response to ownersreply: We ordered through their own website, not Skip the Dishes as they claimed I did. Even if I had, an acceptable responsewould have been to own up to the mistake instead of blaming Skip the Dishes. And their voicemail said they were open so we drovethere to pick up our order. I?d give it zero stars if I could. The biggest issue was the size. I got 3 or 4 out of 10 that I?d consider acceptable, the rest... could barely be considered a bite. I had one that was the size of a nickel, smaller than a regular grape. (yes, I tookpictures) The sauce was fine, wings weren?t great but I?m sure my opinion was affected by the size, so take that for what youwill. Absolutely do not recommend. I used to order from here regularly. However, I haven't ordered since August 7th. In that time, new owners have taken over. ... When I called for delivery today, the person who answered the phone asked for my address and then immediately asked me if thatwas everything. I hadn't placed my order yet! Then I was hung up on. It took three times calling back before anyone answeredthe phone again. When I asked about the delivery time, I was advised that they now use a third-party service and do not havetheir own delivery drivers. I then decided to pick up my order instead because I didn't want to pay the inflated prices thatthe third-party services charge. When I arrived at the store, my order was sitting on a counter. There was no heating pad orany other form of heat to keep my chicken wings hot and free from contamination. I ordered 2 lbs with 2 different sauces. On myway out the door, I noticed that there was only one container in the bag so I went back to ask about it. I was told that bothkinds were in the same container but they were separated. When I opened it, the only thing separating them was a thin piece oftin foil. They were not marked as to which flavor was on which side. I live 800 meters from the store and SHOCKER....when I gothome my wings were cold! We threw them out and ordered from a different restaurant! What a total waste of money! I will NOT beordering from here again!!!! The service was so bad that for the first time ever, I didn't even tip! Update: I would like tosee the proof that you have been the owners since February 2021! The last owners had their own delivery drivers although theyalso used third-party services. I know because I asked the first time I called for delivery. I threw out almost $30 worth ofyour wings last night for fear of salmonella poisoning, what makes you think that I would ever want free wings?!? Read more
Best wings in London for sure! I have order twice already and they never disappoint. They have a good selection of sauces and... the wings are big. Also their fries are great. Only thing I wouldn?t order is the coleslaw- it is flavourless and not worth it. Read more
Sauces were good, but I can't recommend coming here if you are really hungry, wings were tiny. Edit** You're going to look me... in the eye, and say that these wings ( your promo picture btw ) are the biggest wings in the market? Doesn't quite explain howevery other wing place serves me larger wings. Even the pepperoncini pepper is bigger than every wing on that plate. Read more
Amazing staff with amazing attention to quality and customer satisfaction when interacting with customers and cooking their... food. I dont think I could find a better wing taste from anywhere else or better people to bring my business to. A+++ P.S theHot AF is amazing and you have to try the spicy ranch and their parm dipping sauce. They are so good . Read more
My family ordered 30 mild wings & fries tonight and we received suicide hot wings. My kids can?t eat them so we called and they... basically said it?s not their problem. Very disappointed as we were excited to try this new place and probably would haveordered regularly. Now we have to order our dinner elsewhere tonight and pay again. So disappointed!!!!! Read more
