The main reason I go to any Wok Box location is because of their Saturday meal deal (2 mains, 4 spring rolls, 2 drinks all for... $29 plus tax) but I will now make a point to visit this location because of the manager, Ara. This was my Mom's first timetrying food from the chain restaurant as she is not an adventurous eater (classic 'western' foods only). Ara took the time togive her samples of the sauces so she could pick the one she liked the most prior to the staff making her meal. This made my Momfeel comfortable ordering the new cuisine because she already knew she would like the taste and thus wouldn't be wasting hermoney. Long story. Gf usually orders and I get what I get. I asked for a mix of two different noodles when I went in for the first... time. I was told I could have it how I wanted. Not the case at all. I only got to add sauce to my noodles from the second dishand paid extra for meat from the second dish. Overpaid for what I didn't want. Never going back. Read more

Wish I could give this place zero stars. I stopped here for the first time on 7/6/22 for lunch. I ordered the Korean bulgogi... rice box, and this was the disgusting mess that was served to me (see photo). It looked nothing like bulgogi and tasted nothinglike bulgogi. The whole dish was drowning in a nasty brown sauce and was pretty much inedible. The "beef" was extremelystringy and didn't break down even after almost a minute of chewing. We have had Wok Box a few times in the past and enjoyed it. Last week containers leaked everywhere, huge mess, tried again... tonight and ordered sauce on the side both our meals taste burnt. Perhaps a different location might be better. Read more

First of all I would like to say we did have to wait 20 minutes for our food even though there was nobody else there but... The... food was absolutely fantastic. The Philly cheese steak poutine and butter chicken chicken wings were amazing. Read more

????Wok box is ???????? We stopped by Wok Box for lunch today and I?m at a loss for words. The best fast food style retail... restaurant that felt like a more formal sit down. What they are doing well: Service ? Quality ? Value ? Menu Variety ? Thebowls are ????. We got the Kung Pao and Mongolian Beef and Broccoli. I would definitely go out of my way to order here. Thereare lots of items that I would want to try like wings and poutine. They also serve alcohol bevs if you?re into that. What?sgreat about Wok Box is there is nothing like it in the area and I?m not surprised it was so busy today.
