I think this restaurant is one of the good authentic Lebanese restaurants in Ontario, dishes full of flavours and very close to... the presentation and the taste they have in Lebanon. Hummus is really good, kibbeh is out standing and the hot fresh bread is abig plus. The ice cream if full of oriental flavours and so yummy . The staff are very friendly we did not have any complaints.Be careful if you want the Lebanese experience with many mezza dishes you will end up with a hefty bill ! Read more

I came here on my 1st trip to london and this place just became one of the top 10 restaurants in Canada for me. I cannot say... enough about this place. Just say YES to YASMINE'S. This is our new go to restaurant in North London. Fresh pita bread in their wood-fire oven was to die... for. Hummus was the best we have ever had. Fattoush, as well was off the charts. We had the Beirut style kibbe. Mezze platter.We had spicy sausages, cannot remember the name. The restaurant was clean, service top-notch. I have loved Lebanese food such as shish tawook, shish kebab, hummus and shawarma ever since I was introduced to this cuisine by... a university friend back in the early 2000's. The best way to describe Yasmine's is that it is a higher end version of Lebanesefood, and make no mistake about it, these guys have nailed it!! The beef manakeesh was a mix of delicious flavours with theirspice combination, while the grilled halloumi was so good that I didn't mind the fact that it came with arugula! The lentil soupwas tasty and would be a great warm-up dish in the colder months, while the falafels were cooked perfectly and the tahini saucewas a delightful accompaniment. We cannot say enough positive about this new restaurant! It was a big step outside my comfort zone to try a new kind of food,... but it did not disappoint! It has quickly become a family favourite!!! It is owned by an incredibly lovely husband and wife, theservers are friendly with wonderful recommendations, and they have endless patience and kindness with our 4 small children.
