I love this Dunkin'. I never realized until today how good this Dunkin' is. They always get my order right and they are always... fast. Today it was even more obvious today as there was a line out to the road and I was in a rush. But even with the longline, they kept it moving and I got out in plenty of time even with the big order I had. This is always my "go-to" Dunkin's!! Read more
Usually pretty good at getting the order right - not always the case at other locations. Time for an update because service... seems to be going down everywhere. I got in line at drive-up at 7:55. Yes, there was a line. I finally get up to the speaker at8:00 and I am told, "Sorry, we're closed." I ask "What time do you close?" He said, "8:00". I explained that I was in line at7:55. He simply said, "Sorry, we have a long line." And that was it. No ice coffee for me. That's a great way to do business,eh? Read more
Clean inside and outside trash can had recently been changed. Limited indoor dining. Highchairs might be available. Wifi is. I... ordered a latte and the $2 wrap offer. Both were ok. Facemask required. Read more
1st car in drive thru, 1st order made, 2nd car in drive thru made after, 3rd car in drive thru coffee made after car 1 and 2... orders are complete.... thought this was the corporate way not make car 1 sit at the window for 10 minutes to be asked againwhat the coffee was and see every other coffee for customers behind them made..... covid hit and its new rules???
