This is the worst Starbucks ever. The fact that somebody consistently replies to the negative reviews but never does anything to... fix the situation actually makes it even more enraging. They never have anything. If you want food too bad! Their menu boardlike all Starbucks says all day breakfast, which is a laughable joke because you literally can't get any food at all ever. It'snot that hard it's prepackaged, and you guys toss it in the microwave. Order enough in your fridge that you can feed people.Ridiculous. Read more
I have given this location numerous tries, hoping each time it was "just a fluke" but I have never receive my order as ordered,... and this is the only location that seems to not make any drink (I've ordered) the same as any other location I've ordered from.If I want Starbucks, instead of 15 minute drive from home, it's clear I need to drive 30 minutes plus to get what I order, letalone how I order it. This is the worst Starbucks. In all of North America, staff is slow. They are ALWAYS out of something, the best part is, 11... times out of 10 they will mess your order up. I?m convinced this Starbucks is only open to troll customers. Read more
Always out of things on menu. I ordered a bottle water and it was warm so I asked for a cold one(that I have gotten before) to... be told they don't put water in refrigerator.are you kidding me! This has become the absolute worst Starbucks period. Sometimes they are open, sometimes the hours are different, sometimes... inside only, sometimes drive through only. Your drink however, will be wrong every time. Today was cash under 20 only and youhad to give your order to both the drive through and at the window. Somehow through all that fun they forgot the cream in thenitro... sweet cream. They didn't fix it, just handed me a cup of cream, perfect. Read more
Don?t go there unless you want to wait for about 40 minutes for just a coffee and listen to the employee telling you that some... people wait for hours and you should be ok with that. Worst coffee purchase experience ever. I won?t ever come back ???????? Read more
I?ve been coming to this place for years. No matter how many people are working, they?re never prompt. Anytime you ask about... where your coffee is, you?re met with an eye roll and a sigh as if you?re an inconvenience. I?ve heard staff member speak badlyabout customers and it seems like they?re more interested in gossiping than doing their job. A few times I?ve seen 5/6 employeescongregating at the far end of the counter gossiping about personal matter leaving only 1 person making coffee. It?s so chaoticand disorganized here I?ve timed them leave my coffee on the counter neglected while the same employee ran around the store likea chicken with their head cut off. Today is the final straw. They have approximately 10 people working and still can?t stayontop of their job. One woman is busy throwing people?s coffees away rather than making them for customers. I?ve already waited20 min and was told I needed to wait another 20 for my drink. 40 min for a coffee is ridiculous. Advice to management andowners, get your act together. When the Derry store opens up, I wouldn?t be surprised if you close. Read more
