Kiosk?s aren?t working again as usual. Instead of degrading, by removing half the stalls, maybe the kiosk system should have... updated. I used to like Sonic until this new ?upgrade?. This has run my business off. I had to call inside to let them know theyhad customers trying to order as we drove off. Come on Sonic Franchise owner pull it together and make the changes that need tohappen internally for happy customers. Read more

Not quite sure who make decisions to upgrade and loose half the stalls. That's not the issue. My issue was with the reduction... in stalls comes the broken monitors,.
