Kiosk?s aren?t working again as usual. Instead of degrading, by removing half the stalls, maybe the kiosk system should have... updated. I used to like Sonic until this new ?upgrade?. This has run my business off. I had to call inside to let them know theyhad customers trying to order as we drove off. Come on Sonic Franchise owner pull it together and make the changes that need tohappen internally for happy customers. Read more

Not quite sure who make decisions to upgrade and loose half the stalls. That's not the issue. My issue was with the reduction... in stalls comes the broken monitors,. Didn't you just have like another half to use for parts??? Ordered off the app. No stallto pull into. I have been waiting outside in the heat for around 20 minutes to long. Two star only because the little girl who waited on me was nice. I ordered a 5 piece chicken in which I got 3 and a 1/2 then... sent it back. I had to wait 5 more minutes for a fresh batch which was good, but then I received a 3 piece chicken on the 2ndtime! I wasn't brave enough to sit in the back again! I'll skip Lone Grove sonic next time. Read more
Easily the worst Sonic we've ever been to. Do yourself a favor and make the drive into Ardmore if your hungry. This was the... second time we visited this location. First time wasn't great, but we decided to give them another chance. This go round, thegirl who took our order was super rude. She sounded like she was inconvenienced by having to take our order or hated her life or something. Just because you put "Sir" behind it, doesnt make your condescending tone any better. Also, we got no condiments,nor were we offered any. Now I'm sitting here eating these sad, dry mozzarella sticks. We will never stop here again. Read more
If you're new to this town, I'd skip this sonic and head on down to the next one in healdton! They rarely get the order correct.... I called their manager and and told them that my wings barely had sauce on it and that we ordered a chicken strip dinner withtator tots but they only gave us 5 (no kidding) French fries. I called to make them aware of the $18 that I spent. The managerwas very nice and said she would leave my rfund under the register. Went to retrieve it and they did NOT HONOR WHAT THEY SAID!Very disappointing and unhappy about this. I am a single mother and I don't eat out much, when we did now we got screwed. Thelady I spoke to said she was the GM and she was VERY RUDE!!! Basically called me a liar! Read more
Worst Sonic I?ve ever been to. Their service has gone drastically down hill. The past two times I have been there it has been... more than a 25 minute wait for two meals. Awful. Read more
