Bowlero adds 18% "service charge" to our food order, and then asks you to tip on top of that. Are you freaking kidding me. We... ordered ourselves at a computer screen. Nobody even greets you, we sat ourselves. The food is not very good, the menu limited.Is this the most greedy and gouging restaurant business model ever invented? Yes, it is folks. Great place for family fun. Attentive staff, amazing bartender, huge arcade. Only giving three stars because no pro shop, the... bowling area is small, and no ball racks. Does not cater to competitive bowlers. Read more
Our company has a fund raising event for Junior Achievement. The place gladly hosted us and they were very helpful. The place... is a bit old but still fun to bowl at. There are some keys that are no longer functioning but nothing to stop you having a greattime. The food is okay but they have good beer selections and cocktails Read more
Great , no excellent customer service. Wish I remembered the two gentleman's names. Lack of bowling balls around because it was... busy amd one of them went out of their way to find my the proper ball. Also great pricing for a Saturday evening. No glitches InThe system and we all bowled really well! Will go again for sure. I've also been here roughly 20 times in my life and they havedone some really fun modifications over the years as technology has progressed. The orange lights in the bathroom are a trip. Read more
My son loved the arcade, the food and drink selection was great too. This would be a great place to watch sports with young kids... as they have a nice lounge with a lot of TVs and plenty of room to run around not to mention the arcade. I have bowled herebefore and it's a nice alley with comfortable seating with food and drink service. Read more
