Favorite lunch spot during the work week. Staff is so friendly and fast. Food is consistently good.
Came in yesterday and they added 6 oz of cheese to my salad. There was hardly any lettuce and my tortilla wasn?t fully cooked. I... ate like 3 bites and had to stop because I was going to throw up because all I could taste was cheese and my uncooked tortilla.My friend is gluten free, she got a salad and they didn?t change their after making my regular salad. Update 8/26/22: While the food quality is still good, the takeout experience needs some help. The food is ready on time and the... pickup location is slick, but the accuracy of what's in the bag is about a 20% succes rate. I often have pieces missing from myorder. Not entire entrees, but things that were supposed to be included. Example: Kid's meals come with a dessert tortilla, ifselected. It's usually the thing missing on a regular basis. Original review: Great restaurant. Always clean, 3 lockable singletoilet bathrooms, very fast cafeteria style food prep, and Horchata. I just wish they were open on Sundays too. Read more

This has definitely my favorite burrito spot in Denver since 2013! I would highly recommend the sweet pork burrito smothered... with green chili and cheese but honestly everything there is amazing. Dining outside is great with umbrellas and spaced outtables. Overall Costa Vida has an amazing atmosphere with delicious food and friendly staff! Read more

Without a doubt, one of the best places to go to delight the palate with one of the best Roast meats that I have eaten in Denver... and be careful if not in the USA. They are very kind people and the prices are really fair. Don't forget to miss the burritowith carne asada, the best I've ever eaten. Thank you Costa vida for such excellent food.
