I got my bowl to go with wild rice. When I got home to eat it @15 minutes later, the rice was so hard I could not eat the bowl.... When I called there was nothing they could do unless I drove back to the mall. I had other plans. Read more

I ordered two salads that were delicious!! My overall experience was five-star, due to the quality AND customer service. There... was a super friendly and accommodating young lady working behind the counter. She was able to answer my questions, as I haveallergies to gluten and dairy. Excellent customer service and excellent tasting salads. Read more

It was okay, but had a few mess ups. Size of my salad was wrong and the wrong cheese was put into the salad. On top of this, the... protein was pretty burnt. They got the other order right however, so 3 stars. Read more

I bit into a coin that was in my salad. There was a nickel in my salad. I bit down on it, and it really hurt. Luckily I did not... Crack my tooth. The manager was very professional and issued a refund. This is still very dangerous and should be takenseriously in the future. I am okay but I hope they figure out how coins end up in their food. Food court dining is generally an unpleasant experience for me. The environment is most often chaotic, and the vendors are... usually fast food franchises staffed by minimum wage school kids, offering sub par meals at high prices. Yet, on my first visitto the Park Meadows Mall, in Highlands Ranch, I found myself in front of MAD Greens, which I had not experienced before. Incomparison to the other vendors, these guys appeared to offer the healthiest menu. So my wife and I placed our order, and as wewatched the employee make her salad, we saw that he added bacon and cheese, which are two food items that my wife is trying toavoid. She was no justt aware these items were included in her salad and when I suggested that she change her order, shedeclined to do so. I interrupted the employee, whose name I later found is Chris, and asked if he could remove the bacon andthe cheese from the salad because we were not aware that it was part of the meal. Without blinking an eye, Chris replied "No, Icannot remove the items, let me instead make a new one for you," and he proceeded to make a fresh salad making the adjustmentsdesired by my wife. As I thanked him again for being so accommodating, he replied, it's no trouble, and that he was happy toserve us. I then reached in my pocket and counted out a sizeable tip and offered it to him. He said, absolutely not, it is mypleasure and you do not have to tip me for it. I tried several times to get him to take the money and he would not do it. He wasjoined by his co-worker Erica (who had assisted by preparing my meal), in making sure that my wife and I were satisfied with ourorder, and to them that is all that matters. Well MAD Greens, I want to thank you for hiring 2 outstanding employee's at yourPark Meadows location. They are clearly well trained, and committed to providing the kind of customer service that will keep uscoming back. Thank you, and if you work at MAD Greens and are reading this review please forward it to Read more
